Problem:
After a software update, the financial reports display incorrect amounts, particularly in the sales overview.
Cause:
This problem may be caused by an incorrect update of report templates or changes in the report configuration settings.
solution:

Update report templates:
- Open the “Reports” section in eGECKO and select the option to reset the report templates to factory settings.
- Alternatively, download and import the latest templates from our website.

Verify report configuration:
- Check the filter and date range settings in the report.
- Make sure that no filters are set that exclude data.

Check data consistency:
- Perform a data check to rule out possible discrepancies in the transactions (such as duplicate transactions or missing allocations).

Clear cache:
- Close eGECKO and restart the software to delete any cached incorrect data.
