Problem:
You have forgotten your password for eGECKO and can no longer log into the software.
solution:

Reset password via the login page:
- Open the eGECKO login page.
- Click on the link “Forgot your password? ” or “Reset password.”
- Enter your registered email address or username.
- You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Follow the link and set a new password.

Didn't receive an email?
- Check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Make sure that the email address you entered is correct and matches the address stored in eGECKO.
- If you still don't receive an email, please contact our support team.

Observe password guidelines:
- The new password should be at least 8 characters long.
- Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters to improve security.

Alternative: Password reset by administrator:
- If you do not have access to the registered email address, a user with administrative rights in eGECKO can reset your password.
- To do this, contact the responsible administrator in your company.
Security note: Never
share your password with other people and use a secure and unique password for eGECKO.
